At Integrity Counseling, LLC we believe that each of us can use our knowledge, experience and creativity to help people live well. We’re an independent small mental health clinic with a clear vision of providing people with better supportive mental health care than they can get anywhere else.  Our strength stems from strong mission based leadership and unwavering value system of client centered practice and collaboration.  This value also carries forward to our staff and other professionals in the community.  We stick to the values of our practice and hold true to the trust and confidence our clients and the community place in us.  These things are non-negotiable within our setting. 

At Integrity, you are working in a small, “private practice setting”.  You have the flexibility to set your own hours and schedule as our office space allows.  You decide your earning potential based on your schedule.  You will receive regular clinical supervision and collaboration which is scheduled consistently either weekly or monthly depending upon your licensure level.  This model is a give and take.  You are an active part of developing your own caseload, managing your time and operative more independently that in a larger clinic.  In exchange you have the freedom to develop professionally how you are comfortable, see the clients you feel you work best with and control your schedule and time in and away from the office.
